A community built
with heart.

Rosemary Cunningham, founder of Winning Women Essex, nurtured a supportive community where women could connect as people as well as business owners. Her vision put friendship, encouragement and collaboration at the centre of networking.

After 11 years of leading the Essex groups, Rosemary handed their day-to-day running to Anna Nowak and Cristina Carnerero, supported by members of the community.

For us, this is personal. We met through Winning Women and experienced the confidence, friendships and opportunities it creates. We’re proud to carry that spirit forward in Leigh-on-Sea and Chelmsford.
